The firm was founded by patent attorney Miles Liao and lawyer/patent attorney Steven Chen in 2003. Though the firm is less than ten years old, the two founders had acquired more than ten years’ professional experience. All the members of the firm are extensively trained and have solid practical experience, and all work with vigor and passion.
